Last week was a great week for WhatCounts, as we wrapped up another record quarter and we added some highly qualified people to our team. We are excited about continuing to add high-caliber employees to WhatCounts throughout the rest of 2007.

I guess one sign of market leadership is an influx of candidates who would like to work for your organization. For example, we were glad to bring a longtime customer aboard our client services team last week, and I had the pleasure of training a 20-year Silicon Valley sales veteran as well.

Last week also marked the beginning of a new era for our e-Communications Suite platform, as Mark Chealander became our Vice President of Technology. Mark has been a Vice President at various successful organizations since the mid 1990’s, and he has the experience and acumen to build our I.T. and product development organizations over the coming years. During the interview process, we were particularly impressed with his leadership skills, his customer-centric development focus and the valuable cross-functional perspective that he will bring to each of our teams.
